I am addicted to three drugs and I don't plan on stopping until I start exceeding my prescription or they stop working. Everyone who takes narcotic pain medication for long periods of time are addicted but they are not necessarily "addicts". They are taking medication that causes physical withdrawal when stopped abruptly. The same can be said about tramadol. 50 a month is a small dose and as long as you don't need more I would keep taking them IF they work. If they don't help your pain and you take them to feel comfortable in your own skin then you may need to see your doctor for a new prescription of something else.

The tramadol can cause seizures especially if you are prone to them.. but I am prone to seizures and have taken it before and it didn't cause me to have one.. but another time I took it and I had one. Then one different time I wasn't taking it and I had one. So. it's is your body.. I wouldn't exceed 100mg of it at once though, then you will incrase your risk of a seizure when on the medication.

It feels like you are tired all the time but don't go into a deep sleep. I won't take them too often - it's a schedule 7 medication. Try to take only one capsule at a time, maybe that will help. Also - Tramadol seems to carry the same side-effects as Tramal, but is not as effective as Tramal. If you have alot of pain, I suggest to switch to Tramal - more expensive, but more effective in pain management.
