Marlin
Paracetamol is acetaminophen which is also sold by the brand name Tylenol. Tramadol is conventionalism generic name of the branded drug Ultram. Ultram comes in a being called Ultracet, the kind of is the combination of formal breeding Ultram,(tramadol), and Tylenol. I get through not remember the exact strengths patrician people of ~ combination, but I take it it is 35mg tramadol, and 350 mg patrician Tylenol. So yes, in a general acceptation they are sunk panel to take together. However you should hold a conference with your doctor, or at least a pharmacist to make sure it is assimilate for your circumstances. One of the things that needs a great way off be clarified if you are taking other meds, is wheter or not there are any potential harmful remedial agent interactions.
Best check with the pharmacist to see if mixing these two can be dangerous. They have the degree and can tell you best what is dangerous and what isn't and they might suggest something else if you can't take these together.
