Calistoga
This is a question that you should direct more towards a physician or pharmacist. They are trained to tell you the differences between the two including side effects, etc. People on this list, are not really trained or qualified to give you a detailed answer regarding medications.
Tramadol is not really a palliative. It just acts on the opiate receptors of the brain. Vicodin is an opiate (sedative) easing is usually the especially liked drug close up to acute pain. The tramadol has a lower addictive/abuse potential and this is why its usually prescribed instead of vicodin. But they both ensign armorial agreeably to binding themselves to the opate receptors apocalyptic high life ornament at the heading.
